The Concations commission-based referral VIP promo code system (the "VIP Program") allows certain presenters, staff, influencers, and other VIP's to take part in referral fee commissions for registrations to Kinky Caribbean and Swinkation

 

We are working hard to grow our events and we are looking to our presenters and staff for help doing so by paying a referral commission of up to $225 PER ROOM booked using a unique VIP Code.

 

How it Works:

 

Code Value: Unless otherwise stated, the total value of each promo code is $150 per person, which will be shared equally between the promoter and the attendees that register using the promoter's unique code (i.e. $75 for the attendee and $75 for you as a referral fee).

Notifications:  When a promoter's unique code is used on a new registration, the moment it is submitted our system will automatically send the promoter an email notification with the attendees' names and scene names, and showing the number of people registered that used the unique code.

Attendee Discount ($75/pp):  Unless otherwise stated, the attendees on the registration will each receive a $75 discount per person (i.e. $150 per double room, $225 per triple room).

 

Promoter Referral Fees ($75/pp): 

a. Unless otherwise stated, the promoter will receive a referral fee commission of $75 for each attendee on each registration using the code (e.g. $150 per double room) that is paid in full and not cancelled.

b. Referrals fees will be paid within 14 days following the event. Note that US resident promoters will need to submit a W9 form in order to receive payment.

 

Examples:

 

• If a promoter code is used on five double room registrations, the promoter will be credited for 10 people x $75 for a total of $750.

 

• If a promoter code is used for 5 single rooms, 4 double rooms, and 2 triple rooms, the promoter will be credited for 5 people on the single rooms, 8 people on the double rooms, and 6 people in the triple rooms, for a total of 19 people at $75 each, for a total $1425.

 

Use of VIP Code: 

 

Enthusiasm breeds enthusiasm!  We encourage promoters to go crazy on their own social media and with direct marketing to a promoter's own contacts. Promoters can share the promo code graphic above for the event they are attending.  Organic posts on social media often work well, such as a personal message about how excited you are about the event, a photo, and especially short video clips.

PROMOTERS SHOULD USE THEIR CODE:

• On their own social media on posts that you make

• Their own email blasts, text messages, etc.

• In person / word of mouth

PROMOTERS SHOULD NOT USE YOUR CODE:

• In Kinky Caribbean or Swinkation Discord groups

• In the Concations or Hedonism II Fetlife groups

• In comments to social media posts, event pages, or other marketing created by Concations (but promoters may share the post or repost the content, event, etc. on their own social media feed and use the code there - and please do!).

 

We encourage promoter to promote the event and their unique code to try to increase their commissions. Promoters may share their unique code with friends directly and post it on their own own social media, websites, email list blasts, etc.

 

To be fair to us and others using similar codes, promoters should not use the code on any Kinky Caribbean, Swinkation, or other Concations groups or social media posts. Reposting content is totally fair game and encouraged, of course. Please do not abuse your right to use this code.

General Terms: 

The VIP Program and each code use is subject to the code terms at www.concations.com/vip.  The code can be used with standard early bird rates, but cannot be used with another code or promotion, or any other discounted registration. Presenters, staff, influencers, or others that already have a discount or other benefits may not use the code to register. Code can only be used with new registrations. Referral fees and discounts will only apply to registrations that are paid in full and not cancelled, and code cannot be used on registrations that include the resorts CXL (change waiver) credit. Your code or participation in the VIP Program may be withdrawn or terminated at anytime for any reason. Concations reserves the right to change the VIP Program or its terms at any time.
