The Concations Affiliate Program is designed for our most active community members who love our events and want to help grow the community while earning meaningful commissions and exclusive benefits.

This is more than an affiliate link. It is a leadership and community-building opportunity.

The Concations commission-based system (the "Affiliate Program") allows certain approved presenters, staff, influencers, and other Affiliates or VIP's ("Affiliates") to take part in referral fee commissions for registrations to Concations events, and provide a discount code to potential guests that book Concations events ("Referring Guests").

Join our sponsor tables, help host special parties and gatherings. Post on social media and help spread the word!

• Offer Event Discounts to Friends

• Get Access and Perks such as a discounted early bird registration window allowing you to get first choice of preferred rooms, invitations to private Affiliate cocktail parties, exclusive merch, and more.

The Affiliate & Referral Structure

Each Concations Affiliate will receive a unique affiliate code that gives their referrals a discount and/or or an extra perk plus a commission. Each Affiliate code has a discount value and commission value for each event, which may vary per event and may be adjusted at times for certain promotional periods. 

​ Commission Structure:

Affiliates can earn thousands of dollars plus on-site credits by influencing bookings using their codes. Your code gives your referrals a discount, and you also have the option to apply your commission toward the booking to create an even stronger incentive and help your friends.

Example:
If your commission is $100 per person and the promo value is $100 per person, you may offer a $200 per person discount to your referral.

 

This flexibility allows you to reward your network while still building volume.  ​To apply commission to the referral, simply offer the code at the higher value and let us know. We will then show the commission "paid" to the referral.

Affiliates help turn “curious” into “booked” by:

• Engaging in lifestyle forums and answering questions

• Sharing authentic personal experiences

• Posting organic social media content

• Supporting Concations posts through comments, shares, and engagement

• Representing Concations at lifestyle conventions and events

Affiliates can use their affiliate codes when bumping the event, helping to encourage attendance or answering questions about the event,​

On-Site Hosting Opportunities During Concations Events

Affiliates may:

• The mentor:  We may ask Affiliate to mentor an attendee that is new to the lifestyle or new to the event. Affiliates may check in on them the first night of the event to make sure they aren't overwhelmed and may follow up one or more times as needed.

• Lobby/Meet-and-Greet Presence: During the main arrival days, affiliates may assist with check in and wear a specific (but stylish) custom lanyard badge so newcomers know who to ask for "insider" resort tips. 

• Event and Theme Night Hype: Affiliates are encouraged to go "all out" to be present and engaged during our event programs, Kinky Olympics, and theme nights. Affiliates set the tone for the energy of the party.

• General Event Help and Volunteers: We occasionally call on volunteers to help (minimally) at the event when short staffed or we need an extra hand.

Affiliates help shape the energy of the event and enhance the guest experience.

Event Marketing & Outreach

Promo Hacks to Maximize Your Affiliate Code Potential!

• Enthusiasm breeds enthusiasm!  We encourage promoters to go crazy on their own social media and with direct marketing to a promoter's own contacts. Promoters can share the promo code graphic above for the event they are attending.  Organic posts on social media often work well, such as a personal message about how excited you are about the event, a photo, and especially short video clips.

• Personal communication is the best.  People tend to require “social proof” to pull the trigger on registrations for events at this level. 

• Use personal invitations -  for example:  "Hey, I am going to this event, and you should go too - I think you would love it - it was an event made for you!"

• Forum, Group Presence, and Social Media:

  • Engage as an "Official Concations Reps" on lifestyle forums (like SLS, SDC, Fetlife or Kasidie). You can initiate discussions, share our posts, answer questions, and share their past experiences without it feeling like a hard sell from the event.

  • Affiliates may take a more active role by making direct, organic social media posts about the event and engaging with the event's posts, e.g. commenting, "liking", reposting, sharing, etc.

  • Share your affiliate code when posting!

• Support at Lifestyle Event: Join us at lifestyle conventions like Naughty N'awlins, Splash, Fetcon, and National Lifestyle Weekend!  Affiliates can help staff at our sponsor/vendor table, host private gatherings, and more. Encourage people to attend and use your affiliate code to earn commissions! 

• Social Media and Content Creation: Engage with our social media posts and post your own to spread information about the event. Create your own post, for example "Why I keep coming back" testimonial or "I just booked Concations and why I am so excited!" Post as text or short video (even better).

General Information​

• Affiliate commissions will be paid only on fully-paid full price and non-cancelled bookings. "Full Price" includes built in event promotions that do not have a separate code, such as early bird promotions where discounts are automatic. No more than one promo code can be used on any event package registration.

• Affiliate commissions will be paid within 14 days following the event. Concations may, at its discretion, apply commissions to existing affiliate invoices or pay commissions at an earlier date. Any overpayments will be reimbursed by Affiliate and may be set-off by future amounts owed by Concations to Affiliate.

• Affiliate codes cannot be used on the affiliate's own registration and will not apply; however affiliates may use special discounted codes for affiliates or obtain discounts through affiliate pre-registration windows.

• Affiliate codes are automatically tracked through system and Affiliates will receive period updates as to their earnings and payments. Affiliate codes cannot be applied retroactively. 

• Affiliates can share their code directly, on their own social media on posts, their own email blasts, text messages, etc. and in person / word of mouth. Affiliates should not use their code in Concations Discord groups, In the Concations or Hedonism II Fetlife groups, in comments to social media posts, event pages, or other marketing created by Concations (but promoters may share the post or repost the content, event, etc. on their own social media feed and use the code there - and please do!); in connection with  any domain that includes our domain names or names or terms that are confusingly similar to ours, or that would create confusion as to who owns the website (e.g. you may not use "concations2026" as a domain name). Note: Promoter codes can not be used or combined with other discounts or promotions or used on the promoter’s own registration.

​​​Concations Affiliate Program Term & Conditions

The Concations commission-based referral VIP promo code system (the "Affiliate Program") allows certain presenters, staff, influencers, and other Affiliates or VIP's ("Affiliates") to take part in referral fee commissions for registrations to Concations events, and provide a discount code to potential guests that book Concations events ("Referring Guests"). By joining the program, you agree to these terms and conditions. 

​Code Value: Each Affiliate will be assigned a promo code. The code will have both a Commission Value and Discount Value. The Commission Value is how much the Affiliate earns for each full price booking. The Discount Value is a discount applied to the Referring Guests's booking. 

The Affiliate may choose to apply all or some of their earned commission to the Referring Guest. For example, if the Affiliate earns $300 commission and the Discount Value is $100, the Affiliate may choose to "give" their $300 commission or apply some or all of it to the Referring Guest. In this example the Affiliate can apply a total discount to the guest of $400 if they choose. 

​To transfer some or all of your commission to your Referring Guest's registration, please contact us at info@concations.com prior to their registration or ask your referring guest to indicate that you have agreed to apply an additional discount to their booking. We will confirm all additional commission based transfer discounts before applying them.

Commissions are only payable on full price registrations where the affiliate code is used on the registration form by the referring guest (i.e. bookings made with  other discounts or promo codes, e.g. comp discounts for presenters or influencers or other promotions are not applicable). Affiliate codes cannot be applied retroactively. There will be no exceptions to this rule. 

Unless otherwise stated, the promoter will receive payment of the Commission Value for each full-price and fully paid registration booked using their affiliate code that is paid in full and not cancelled. 

Referrals fees will be paid within 14 days following the event. Affiliates may also choose to use their commission as a credit for any registration or booking made through Concations once the booking is paid in full.  Note that US resident promoters will need to submit a W9 form in order to receive payment.

​​Notifications:  When a promoter's unique code is used on a new registration,, our system will automatically send the promoter an email notification with the attendees' scene names who registered using the Affiliate's code.

​Attendee Discount. The attendees  will automatically receive the attendee's Discount Value on their registration when the affiliate code is used. 

Affiliate Commission

a. Unless otherwise stated, the promoter will receive payment of the Commission Value for each full-price, fully paid, and non-cancelled registration booked using their affiliate code.. 

b. Referrals fees will be paid within 14 days following the event. Concations may at its discretion also choose to use their commission as a credit for any registration or booking made through Concations.  Note that US resident promoters will need to submit a W9 form in order to receive payment. Any commission payments made as an invoice credit shall be subject to future set offs or shall be reimbursable should the registration be canceled or otherwise ineligible for the commission.

Use of VIP Code:

• In Concations Discord groups

• In the Concations or Hedonism II Fetlife groups

• In comments to social media posts, event pages, or other marketing created by Concations (but affiliates may share the post or repost the content, event, etc. on their own social media feed and use the code there - and please do!).

• In connection any domain that includes our domain names or names or terms that are confusingly similar to ours, or that would create confusion as to who owns the website (e.g. you may not use "concations2026" as a domain name).

We encourage affiliates to promote the event and their unique code to try to increase their commissions. Promoters may share their unique code with friends directly and post it on their own own social media, websites, email list blasts, etc.

​General Terms: 

​The VIP Program and each code use is subject to the code terms at www.concations.com/ambassadors.  The code can be used with standard early bird rates, but cannot be used with another code or promotion, or any other discounted registration. Affiliates may not use the code to register and cannot use the code on their own registration. Code can only be used with new registrations and cannot be applied to previous registrations. Referral fees and discounts will only apply to registrations that are paid in full and not cancelled, and code cannot be used on registrations that include any resort or cruise ship credit or discount, including the Hedonism II CXL (change waiver) or any other credit or discount. Your code or participation in the VIP Program may be withdrawn or terminated at anytime for any reason. Concations reserves the right to change the VIP Program or its terms at any time.  Commission payments will be due and payable within 14 days after the completion of the event, but commissions may be used to offset any promoter balance owed to Concations (e.g. event invoice) at the discretion of Concations (but without obligations to do so).  Concations reserves the right to approve or deny anyone from the Affiliate program and may revoke Affiliates tatus at any time at its complete discretion.
